§ 03
Approach

How we worked the brief.

  1. 01

Stripped the existing fit-out back to its shell in 3D.

  2. 02

Layered a premium coffee operator brand language — tiled bar, automated espresso, minimal signage — into the existing volume.

  3. 03

Produced threshold, counter and street-view renders to support a multi-channel leasing campaign.

§ 04
Renders

The finished space.

Three matched angles of the proposed scheme, superimposed into the existing structure. All imagery is concept visualisation by ASSEMBLY.

Outcome

The study illustrates how a coffee-led occupier scenario could lift the unit's perceived value and shorten the path to a letting.
