Approach

How we worked the brief.

  1. 01

    Surveyed the existing shell and modelled it in 3D to preserve every architectural feature.

  2. 02

    Developed an illustrative speciality juice-bar fit-out superimposed into the exact same space — same windows, same ceiling, same column grid.

  3. 03

    Produced a leasing concept pack: occupier scenario, commercial visualisation and supporting narrative.
